Als Kind war ich oft im Theater der Freundschaft. Jetzt weiß ich, wer es geleitet hat. Das war Hans Rodenberg. Ein Jude, der nach Moskau emigriert war und nach seiner Rückkehr im Kulturbereich gearbeitet hat. Er war Dekan an der Filmhochsuchle Babelsberg. Er war stellvertretender Kulturminister (1960–1963), Mitglied des Staatsrats, der Volkskammer und des Zentralkomitees der SED.
Von 1969 bis 1974 war Rodenberg Vizepräsident der Akademie der Künste, Berlin (Ost).
#Antisemitismus kann man wohl nicht schließen.
Einen Unterschied zwischen Ost- und West-Emigrant*innen gab es aber sehr wohl.
